Cleaning Prices in BrisbaneEvery price before you book
Most Brisbane cleaners ask for your details before they quote. We publish the full price list — regular cleaning from $190 — along with the room count behind every figure and exactly what each service covers.
How our cleaning prices work
Flat-rate prices are built from the size of the property, not from the areas you want cleaned. Room count is simply how we measure that size: larger homes have more living space, longer hallways and more floor area to clean.
How we count your home
Five categories, shown and explained during booking before you pay anything.
Rooms
Bedrooms, studies, media rooms, rumpus rooms and additional living or dining areas all count as rooms.
Bathrooms
Any bathroom with a shower, a bath, or both.
Powder rooms
Toilet and basin only, no shower or bath. Priced lower.
Optional extras
Oven, fridge, windows, blinds, balconies and more. Add only what you need, with the price shown before booking.
Kitchen, living, dining & laundry
Never counted as rooms and never charged separately. They are part of every flat-rate service, whatever the size of your home.
Why property size sets the price
Larger homes mean more floor area, longer hallways and larger living spaces. Room count gives us a simple, consistent way to measure the overall size of the property.
Rooms you choose not to have cleaned still count toward that size.
If you only need a small part of your home cleaned, our hourly service is usually better value.
Examples
1 room + 1 bathroom on a regular clean:
$140 base + $50 bathroom = $190
3 rooms + 2 bathrooms on a regular clean:
$170 base + $100 bathrooms = $270

Not sure which size you are?
The booking tool walks you through it in under a minute and shows your full price before you enter any details.
Optional extras
The base price covers the essentials. Extras exist so you only pay for what your home actually has — no balcony means no balcony charge, no blinds means no blind charge.
Pay for what you have
A single price that bundles everything charges you for blinds you don't own and walls that are already clean. Ours doesn't.
Walls and blinds go by time
They're the only tasks that genuinely vary from home to home. A fixed price would be invented. We charge $80 an hour for what the job actually takes.
Nothing is added by default
Every extra is something you tick yourself, with its price visible before you confirm.

Why some extras cost more on a bond or move-in
On a vacant property the work goes further. A pantry means interior shelves and drawers, not just the front. A fridge includes the freezer. That's why the same extra carries a different price depending on the service.
Skirting boards, fans and filters
These are extras on a regular clean and part of the base price on deep, move-in and bond cleaning. It's a large part of why those services cost more.
Hourly bookings
The only extra available on an hourly service is oven cleaning. Everything else is simply part of what you ask the cleaning professionals to prioritise within the time you book.
What each service covers
These are four different services, not four sizes of the same one. Regular cleaning maintains a home that is already in good condition. Deep cleaning resets one that isn't. Bond and move-in cleaning apply that same standard to an empty property, which is what lets the team reach inside every cupboard, drawer and wardrobe.
The standard never changes. What changes is the starting point of the property and the scope of the visit — and that is what the price reflects.
Regular Cleaning keeps a lived-in home consistent through weekly or fortnightly visits, with the same team each time. If your home hasn't been deep-cleaned recently, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean to set the baseline, then continuing with Regular visits.

Deep Cleaning is a defined interior reset for a furnished home, designed for built-up dirt and grime rather than extreme conditions. It reaches what a regular clean doesn't: scrubbing and sanitising, detailed skirting boards, ceiling fans, and the rangehood exterior and filters.

If the home is beyond this scope
Deep cleaning is not designed for extreme conditions. If the property goes beyond it, we contact you before starting to agree the right approach.
Move-In Cleaning prepares an empty property before you settle in. Because the home is vacant, the team reaches what a clean around furniture cannot: inside every cupboard, drawer and wardrobe, and every surface and touch point throughout. The property must be empty before the team arrives.

The difference with bond cleaning
Same checklist, same standard. Bond cleaning includes the first oven; on a move-in clean it's available as an extra from $109.

About your bond
Easy Bliss is an independent cleaning service and is not affiliated with the RTA. Bond outcomes are decided by your property manager and depend on the whole property, not cleaning alone.
What cleaning alone cannot fix
Some conditions are not fully correctable through cleaning, particularly where the issue is embedded in the material or linked to long-term wear: mould embedded in silicone, heat-baked marks on burners or cooktops, oxidation, discolouration and permanent staining. In these cases the answer is repair, replacement or specialist treatment rather than more cleaning hours. We tell you when we find it, rather than charging for time that will not change the result.
Limits that apply to every service
- No moving furniture or items over 10 kg
- Ladders up to 3 steps only — high or raked ceilings are out of scope
- No dismantling of appliances or fixtures — interiors cleaned to accessible areas only
- No exterior surfaces — roofs, gutters, driveways, pressure washing
- No pest control, biohazard handling or fumigation
- Security screens, flyscreens, curtains and drapes are not part of any service
Full safety, cancellation and liability terms in our Terms & Conditions.
Common questions about our prices
Everything people ask before booking. If something isn't here, send us a message and we'll answer it.
How much does house cleaning cost in Brisbane?
At Easy Bliss, a regular clean for a three-room, two-bathroom home is $270, or $243 per visit on a weekly schedule from the second clean. A deep clean for the same home is $500, a move-in clean $684 and a bond clean $740.
Prices vary widely across Brisbane providers, and most don't publish theirs. Ours are listed in full above so you can compare them directly against any quote you receive.
How much is a bond clean in Brisbane?
Bond cleaning with Easy Bliss starts at $480 for a one-room, one-bathroom property. A three-room, two-bathroom home is $740, and a five-room, three-bathroom home is $1,080.
The price includes internal windows, the first oven, and a 72-hour re-clean policy. The property must be completely vacant with all personal items removed.
Easy Bliss is an independent cleaning service and is not affiliated with the RTA. Bond outcomes are decided by your property manager and depend on the condition of the whole property, not cleaning alone.
How much do cleaners charge per hour in Brisbane?
Easy Bliss charges $79 per cleaning professional, per hour, with a minimum of 2.5 billable hours. That makes the smallest hourly booking $197.50.
Billable time counts each professional separately: two professionals working two hours is four billable hours, or $316. Recurring hourly bookings receive 5% off fortnightly and 10% off weekly from the second visit.
Why does the price include rooms I don't want cleaned?
Because flat-rate pricing is based on the size of the property, and room count is how we measure it. Larger homes mean more floor area, longer hallways and larger living spaces, whether or not every room is opened.
If you only need a small part of your home cleaned — two bathrooms in a five-room house, for example — our hourly service is usually better value. You choose the hours and set the priorities.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a bond clean?
Deep cleaning is for a furnished home you live in. It resets a property that hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while: scrubbing and sanitising, detailed skirting boards, ceiling fans and rangehood filters.
Bond cleaning is for a vacant property at the end of a lease. Because the home is empty, the team reaches inside every cupboard, drawer and wardrobe. It follows a 50-point checklist and includes internal windows and the first oven.
Booking a bond clean for a property that is still furnished doesn't work: the team arrives for a job that doesn't match the home.
Do I need to give my address or email to see a price?
No. Every price is visible in our booking tool before you enter any personal details. You select your service and home size, and the full price appears — no address, no email, no callback.
Most Brisbane cleaning companies quote only after collecting your contact details. We publish the full price list instead.
Are there discounts for regular cleaning?
Yes. Fortnightly bookings receive 5% off and weekly bookings 10% off, applied automatically from the second clean onward. Your first clean is charged at the standard rate.
The discount applies to the base service, not to extras. There are no lock-in contracts, and you can cancel or reschedule at no cost with more than 24 hours' notice.
Can the price change after I book?
Only in ways you agree to first. Four things can change a price:
- Extras you select yourself during booking
- The condition of the property, if it needs substantially more time than the service allows
- Paid parking, if no free parking is available nearby
- Queensland public holidays, which carry a 30% surcharge
Nothing is ever added after the fact. If a property needs more than the booked service allows, we contact you before starting. You can add the time, or we adjust the scope to what the service covers and get on with it.
Do you charge more on public holidays?
Yes. Services on a Queensland public holiday carry a 30% surcharge, reflecting the higher cost of arranging cleaning professionals on those days.
You always know in advance, and you can proceed, move to another date, or cancel at no cost.
Is carpet cleaning included in the price?
Carpet is vacuumed in every service. Carpet steam cleaning is separate because it uses hot-water extraction equipment, not because carpet is excluded from the clean.
Steam cleaning starts at $150 for one room and $50 for each additional room, and can be booked on its own or added to any clean.
What if the cleaning doesn't fix a stain or mark?
Some conditions aren't correctable through cleaning alone, particularly where the issue is embedded in the material or linked to long-term wear: mould embedded in silicone, heat-baked marks on cooktops, oxidation, discolouration and permanent staining.
In those cases the answer is repair, replacement or specialist treatment rather than more cleaning hours. We tell you when we find it, rather than charging for time that won't change the result.
What can change your price
The prices above are the standard rates for a property in a condition consistent with the service booked. Four things can change them — and all four are agreed with you before any work begins.
Extras you select
Oven, fridge, windows, blinds, balcony, wall cleaning and more. Each one shows its price as you add it, and your updated total appears before you confirm.
Nothing is added by default. If you don't select it, it isn't charged.
The condition of the property
Online prices assume a home in standard condition. On arrival, the cleaning professionals assess what's actually there.
If the property needs substantially more time than the service allows, we contact you before starting to agree how to proceed. You can add the time, or we adjust the scope to what the booked service covers.
Parking
Not included in the price. If free parking isn't available near the property, we let you know beforehand.
With your agreement, the actual parking cost is added with the receipt. Never without your say-so.
Queensland public holidays
Services on a public holiday carry a 30% surcharge, reflecting the higher cost of arranging cleaning professionals on those days.
You'll always know in advance, and you can proceed, move to another date, or cancel at no cost.
Nothing is ever added after the fact
Every adjustment is discussed and agreed before work begins — never once the job is done. If you'd rather not go ahead with it, we adjust the scope to what the booked service covers and the team gets on with it. The full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
