The People Behind Our Brisbane-Based Cleaning Team
Easy Bliss was not built from a business plan. Ernesto and Maria Jose arrived in Australia in 2018 and started out cleaning homes themselves, first as subcontractors for other Brisbane cleaning companies. The first Easy Bliss team started in 2021, and by 2023 both had moved from cleaning to running the standards. Everything the business does today came out of that order.

Ernesto is a mechanical engineer from Universidad Austral de Chile, with postgraduate studies in Six Sigma and continuous improvement, and in integrated quality management systems, both at Universidad de Chile. He spent seven years in process engineering roles in Chile, most recently as Deputy Manager of LEAN Projects at Sky Airline.
He has personally completed 1,005 cleans through Easy Bliss, after several years cleaning for other Brisbane companies before the business existed. That combination is where the 3D Cleaning System came from: it was worked out surface by surface, testing products and methods in real homes, not designed on paper.
