When am I charged for the booking?

Your card is not charged when you book. A temporary hold for the booking total is placed on your card 2 days before the service. The final payment is processed only after the cleaning is complete and you've had a chance to review the result.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your service. Changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the service will incur a fee of 40% of the booking total — see our Cancellation Policy for full details. Genuine emergencies are considered case by case at our discretion.

What if no one is home when the team arrives?

You can leave us access instructions during booking — a key in a secure place, a lockbox code, or building access details. Many of our clients trust us with access while they're at work. All teams are police-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Our teams arrive with all professional cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies needed to complete your service. If you prefer we use specific products you already have (such as eco-friendly brands or allergy-safe options), just let us know in the booking notes.

What's the difference between Flat Rate and Hourly pricing?

Flat Rate is based on the real size and layout of your property — you get a fixed price and our team works through the full scope. Most clients choose this. Hourly is for when you want to book a set amount of cleaning time for a partial clean or specific area. Extra time on the day is not guaranteed with Hourly bookings.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Contact us within 24 hours of the service and we'll return at no charge to address any concerns. Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee — if something wasn't done to the Easy Bliss standard, we make it right. For Bond Cleaning, the guarantee window extends to 72 hours to cover any inspection issues.
