When am I charged for the booking? +
Your card is not charged when you book. A temporary hold for the booking total is placed on your card 2 days before the service. The final payment is processed only after the cleaning is complete and you've had a chance to review the result.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? +
Yes. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee — see our Cancellation Policy for full details. We always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.
What if no one is home when the team arrives? +
You can leave us access instructions during booking — a key in a secure place, a lockbox code, or building access details. Many of our clients trust us with access while they're at work. All cleaners are police-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment? +
No. Our teams arrive with all professional cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies needed to complete your service. If you prefer we use specific products you already have (such as eco-friendly brands or allergy-safe options), just let us know in the booking notes.
What's the difference between Flat Rate and Hourly pricing? +
Flat Rate is based on the real size and layout of your property — you get a fixed price and our team works through the full scope. Most clients choose this. Hourly is for when you want to book a set amount of cleaning time for a partial clean or specific area. Extra time on the day is not guaranteed with Hourly bookings.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
Contact us within 24 hours of the service and we'll return at no charge to address any concerns. Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee — if something wasn't done to the Easy Bliss standard, we make it right. For Bond Cleaning, the guarantee window extends to 72 hours to cover any inspection issues.
