They Book a Clean
The recipient visits our booking page, selects their preferred service and date, and applies the gift code at checkout. Done.

Each amount is based on professional cleaning hours, so the recipient gets real value — not a token gesture. All gift cards can be used for any residential cleaning service.
Which amount should I choose?
Lower amounts suit a regular clean for a small home. Higher amounts cover deep cleans or larger properties. If you are unsure, a mid-range card gives the recipient flexibility to choose the service that fits their home.

Gift Card Details
What services can the gift card be used for? +
Gift cards can be redeemed for any residential cleaning service we offer, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, bond cleaning, inspection cleaning, and carpet steam cleaning. The recipient chooses the service when they book.
How does the recipient redeem it? +
The recipient receives an email with a unique gift card code. When they are ready, they visit our online booking page, select the service and date they prefer, and enter the code at checkout. The gift card value is applied to the booking total.
How long is the gift card valid? +
All Easy Bliss gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Can I use a gift card for more than one booking? +
If the gift card value exceeds the cost of a single booking, the remaining balance stays on the code and can be used for a future booking. The code works until the full amount has been redeemed or the card expires.
Which areas do you service? +
Easy Bliss services suburbs across inner Brisbane, including West End, New Farm, Paddington, Bulimba, Teneriffe, Newstead, South Brisbane, Kangaroo Point, Auchenflower, Milton, Camp Hill, Spring Hill, and Toowong. If the recipient lives outside these areas, contact us before purchasing and we will confirm availability.
Can I get a refund on a gift card? +
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. If you have questions or need to make changes, contact us at hello@easybliss.com.au and we will do our best to help.
