📌 Important Booking Information
- ✅Arrival Window: Your booking includes a 1-hour arrival window. If there's any delay, we'll contact you in advance.
- ❗Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee (40% of the total booking).
- 🏖️Public Holiday Surcharge: A 30% surcharge applies for services scheduled on Australian public holidays.
- 💳Payment Info: A temporary hold will be placed on your card the day before service. Payment is only processed after your cleaning is completed.
