What happens next?

You’ll receive a confirmation email once availability is confirmed. If anything needs clarification, we’ll contact you prior to assigning your cleaning crew.

📌 Booking Information

  • Arrival Window: 1-hour arrival window. We'll contact you if there's any delay.
  • Cancellation Policy: Changes must be made ≥24h prior to avoid a 40% fee.
  • Public Holidays: 30% surcharge applies on Australian public holidays.
  • Payment: A temporary card hold for the total service amount is placed up to 48 hours before your service. Charged only after completion.
  • Parking: Free parking must be provided. If not, parking fees will be added to your invoice.

🏠 Flat Rate Cleaning Policy

  • Based on the real size of the property and cleaning activities required.
  • Select the total number of rooms in your booking (full property size).
  • If the room count is incorrect, the price may be adjusted or the booking may be cancelled.
  • $10 discount per unused room applies only when noted in your booking and after review.

⏳ Hourly Cleaning Policy

  • Hourly services are charged per hour, per cleaner.
  • The total cost depends on the number of cleaners assigned and the total hours booked.
  • Includes only the time booked.
  • Extra time on the day is not guaranteed (teams may have other bookings).
  • Please book enough time based on your home size and condition.
  • Additional time must be requested in advance (subject to availability).
