We charge based on the total number of rooms (not just bedrooms).

Our team will assess the property upon arrival. If additional rooms or spaces are found, we’ll inform you and adjust pricing before starting. Likewise, if you overbooked, we’ll remove unnecessary items from the service.

If the home is extremely dirty and deep cleaning isn’t enough, we’ll offer to switch to an hourly service. The team will work as long as needed to restore the home’s condition.

No. If your home needs more time or detail—even if you don’t need specific tasks—we’ll apply a deep cleaning service. Regular cleaning is only for maintenance, not intensive needs.

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days ahead. If you need urgent availability, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Extras include: oven, interior windows, fridge, carpet steam cleaning, wall washing and more. Select them during booking or reach out directly for options.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. A pre-authorisation hold is placed around 5pm the day before your clean. Final charge occurs after service completion (usually around 7pm). No cash accepted. If the hold fails, we’ll contact you. We can’t dispatch teams without a successful hold.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 40% fee. This helps cover the team’s reserved time and schedule impact.

If we cancel unexpectedly, we’ll reschedule as soon as possible. If no slot is available within 48 hours, we’ll apply a 15% discount as a goodwill gesture.

There’s a 30% surcharge for services booked on national holidays to cover higher staffing and operational costs.

No. You must provide free and accessible parking. If not, we’ll organise paid parking and add the cost to your invoice.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot proceed with cleaning if there is a visible pest issue (e.g., cockroaches, rodents, bedbugs). Please make sure the property is pest-free before booking. If our team needs to cancel on arrival, a 40% cancellation fee will apply to cover operational costs.
